It's all about pleasure

I've found a quote today that I love because it is what my guests feel and tell me when they come to our raw cafe. It is from Johann Wolfgang von Goethe, a German poet (1749 - 1832): "Kein Genuss ist vorübergehend, denn der Eindruck, den er hinterlässt, ist bleibend"
A translation could be:  "But no pleasure can be transitory; the impression which it leaves is lasting" - or is there a better translation?

I love it when our guests are just sitting at the table and looking at their dish with sparkling eyes. I serve a healthy food that doesn't taste like health food but is just DECADENT (comment of one of my guest). I experiment with lot of spices, textures and food combination and love what I do.

This was a raw creamy celeriac-green apple soup with a drop of truffle oil. It was terrific!
